These Terms & Conditions (?Terms?) govern your use of all websites, platforms, products, and services owned or operated by ADDNET Technology Ltd (?ADDNET,? ?we,? ?our,? or ?us?), including the Learn Africa eLearning platform and any related applications or systems (collectively, the ?Services?).
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our Services immediately.
1. Company Structure & Ownership
? ADDNET Technology Ltd is a registered company in the Republic of Ghana.
? The company owns multiple brands and technology products, including the Learn Africa platform, which is one of its proprietary products.
? Unless otherwise stated, all references to ?Services? in these Terms include Learn Africa and any other platforms operated by ADDNET.
2. Scope of Services
Our Services may include:
? eLearning platforms and educational content delivery (including Learn Africa).
? Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms such as ERP systems.
? Digital consulting, IT solutions, and technical infrastructure support.
? Content production, training, and studio recording services.
We may add, remove, or modify features and offerings at our sole discretion.
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
? You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to register for an account.
? All information provided must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
? You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
? You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
? All trademarks, trade names, brand identities, software code, platform designs, audio-visual content, and related intellectual property are owned by ADDNET or licensed to us.
? The Learn Africa platform, its course materials, and associated media are protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
? Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our content strictly for personal or authorized business use.
? Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
5. Instructor & Content Creator Agreements
? Instructors, teachers, and contributors who record educational content in our studios or for our platforms are bound by separate written agreements with ADDNET Technology Ltd.
? These agreements govern:
o Intellectual property ownership and licensing terms.
o Exclusive rights for distribution, reproduction, and adaptation of content.
o Confidentiality obligations and non-compete clauses where applicable.
? This clause exists solely for public notice; the contractual terms with instructors prevail in the case of any differences.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Services to:
? Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive practices.
? Post or transmit harmful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content.
? Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
? Introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
? Attempt to bypass security features or access areas of the system without authorization.
7. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
? Fees will be displayed before purchase or subscription.
? Certain subscriptions may automatically renew unless you cancel prior to renewal.
? Refunds, where applicable, will follow the product-specific refund policy available at the time of purchase.
? Prices may change, but we will provide notice before any renewal is billed at a new rate.
8. Data Protection & Privacy Compliance
? We process personal data in accordance with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) as our primary compliance framework.
? For users in other jurisdictions, we apply relevant principles from international standards such as:

9. Multi-Country Operations & Local Variations
? While our operations are governed primarily by Ghanaian law, we may launch or operate in other African and international markets.
? For such countries, specific local terms or addenda may be provided to comply with applicable laws.
? In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a country-specific agreement, the latter shall prevail for users in that country.
10. Platform/Product-Specific Terms
? Certain ADDNET products, such as Learn Africa or any SaaS solutions, may have their own Terms of Use that apply in addition to these general Terms.
? Where such product-specific terms exist, they will take precedence over these Terms in matters specific to that product.
11. Content Use & Restrictions
? Users may not record, duplicate, or distribute platform content without express written consent.
? Access to content is granted solely for the period of subscription or as otherwise specified in writing.
? Breach of content-use restrictions may result in immediate termination and legal action.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
? ADDNET will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
? We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free service.
? Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Services.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ADDNET, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

? Your misuse of the Services.
? Your violation of third-party rights.
14. Suspension & Termination
